TS8000

Construction : Food grade stainless steel case, with a hinged front door which can be wall or desk mounted. The system supports touch screen interface. The touch screen is constructed from a plastic support and mounted in the front of the display. The touch screen uses a custom analogue to digital converter to provide an effective 1024×1024 resolution.

Supply : 110/240v AC supply

Display : Colour 10.4″ VGA LCD panel providing 640×480 dot resolution to display text and graphics. The effective display area is 236 x 154 mm, which is covered by the touch screen interface. Contrast adjustment is made via … on the touch screen. Optional 800×600 (12.1″) displays can be fitted

Physical : Dimensions of the unit are 390mm wide, 350 mm high and 130 mm deep (ex. stand) . Sealing is to IP67 standard and operates in temperatures of -2 C to 25 C.

Communications : 6 serial UART channels as standard which support Rs232, Rs422 and … (IPX/IP) interfaces. 2 Parallel centronics compatible outputs for printer connections. All connections are made via glands or MIL Spec connectors with cover plates. The channels are allocated as : Storage : All data is retained within battery backed RAM and flash memory. The memory capacity of the system extends from 256k to 2mb. This is supported by a watchdog to provide smooth power down procedures.

The application software supports :

  • OCM Systems
  • VGT Systems
  • OCD5
  • Stun Monitors

The TS8100 weigh terminal is provided on the bench or wall mounted stand and connection to 1 or 2 Intermec PF4i thermal label printers. By using a small weighing base, this can be used to weigh and label individual packs with the correct retail label. The system can be connected to a FOPS system for product and label control . This system can also provide case labels after a number of inners have been produced.
