Hellenic Systems Ltd provide a wide variety of Support to their customers for all Software and Hardware solutions. All Hellenic products are supported by our specialist technicians and support department.

Contract Support

Hellenic contract support hours are between 09:00 and 17:00

For all Software / Hardware support:

Call our South Woodham Ferrers office (01245 325753) and you will be assisted by our admin team.

Non – Contract Support

Software Problems: 
Fax (01245 328002) or email us (support@hellenic.co.uk) to report an issue to our South Woodham Ferrers office. You will receive a email response to your query within 5 working days.

Hardware Problems: 
For any Hardware that needs to be returned to Hellenic for repair please see our Returns section for more details. For any engineer on-site assistance please book a Hellenic call out.

Out of Hours Support

Hellenic out of hours support should only be used in an absolute emergency.

Email (support@hellenic.co.uk) or call our out of hours support telephone with details of your issue.

Attn: You must have a valid maintenance agreement with 24 hours support in operation in order to be elegible for our out of hours assistance.

Equipment Returns

The following options are available, all subject to terms and conditions:

  • Warranty:
    Products purchased from Hellenic Systems Ltd are covered by a 12 months’ warranty.
  • Maintenance Contract:
    Hardware Maintenance Contracts are available, please contact Service Dept. for details.
  • General Repairs:
    Products not covered by warranty/maintenance may be repaired on a chargeable basis.

If you wish to return any equipment to Hellenic Systems for repair you MUST obtain an RMA number prior to sending.
